Vieux-Moulin

In the heart of the national forest de Compiègne is located Vieux-Moulin, whose name is taken from an old water mill operated by the ru de Berne which crosses the whole town. Its history begins in the Middle Ages with the Celestine monks, who built and lived in the priory of Saint-Pierre-en-Chastres, until the French Revolution.
