The Castello was born around the stoves of our first restaurant, the Castle.
A somewhat crazy bet in times of crisis like the one we are currently experiencing, but it was born from a real desire to please and to meet a growing demand for an Italian restaurant in Pierrefonds.
It is with pleasure that today we and our team present this restaurant to you after more than nine months of work where we have redone everything from the kitchen to the dining room through the nine rooms that make up the building.
To offer you 100% Italian cuisine, most of our products are DOP (DOP = AOP) from Italy thanks to a supplier who imports all his products directly from there. He strives to make local producers work in Italy To have the best references. To accompany this Italian menu we have selected an Italian wine list that will make you travel for sure.
In the dining room or on the terrace, the Castello is the ideal place for festive or business meals.
