The Beussent-Lachelle chocolate factory is one of the few artisanal chocolate factories in France to make its own chocolate from cocoa beans that it selects itself in Africa and South America...
She has had a plantation for some time now in the Amazonian part of Ecuador where she is replanting "Nacional Acuador", a variety endemic to this country!

Our world is a magical universe with the scent of chocolate. Our visits take place outside of time, to the rhythm of roasting and recipes where each gesture we share gives life to this exceptional material.
For a moment, we promised you a surreal and fun stroll through the heart of the chocolate factory.
Our guide introduces you to our workshop and our know-how from working with cocoa beans from our Beussent Lachelle plantation to roasting, conching and the development of delicate and traditional recipes in our workshops.
