About us

For more than 12 years, Sébastien Tantot has trained with great French chefs such as François Paul, Pierre Gagnaire and Yannick Alléno. His seven years of experience as Chef de cuisine at the Petit Nice Passedat, 3 stars in the Michelin Guide, allowed him to demonstrate his know-how and creativity with his teams, where he discovered a real passion for the products of the sea and iodine.

Rich in professional encounters and significant training trips such as Japan, Brazil or Norway, Sebastien Tantot returns to his native region.

Chef and owner of the Auberge À La Bonne Idée, Sébastien Tantot aims to share his very personal cuisine with a sensitivity to transparency, in the light of the Picardy landscape. A cuisine of consequence where art and sensitivity remain its priority.

One of the pioneers for almost 10 years in using natural birch sugar, Sébastien Tantot gives an almost intimate importance to health in his cooking and baking.
