About us
Our restaurant, near de Compiègne, is a unique concept to discover without delay for lovers of nature, good fresh produce and homemade cuisine.
Located at the water's edge, the restaurant is completely ecological with a wooden construction and a panoramic terrace. Whether indoors or on the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of a pond whose fauna and flora are completely preserved.
Some of the fruits and vegetables (depending on the seasons and the weather) come directly from our vegetable garden and orchard. Our aromatic garden contains around thirty plants all used to harmonize our dishes according to the seasons.
The honey used in the kitchen also comes from our own hives arranged in the park behind the pond and was used to develop the secret recipe for our famous gingerbread.
